Last weekend: Get a flat tire on my Asagaya-side bike. Only it's not just a flat tire, it's a tire that's so freaking old the rubber has been worn through and won't hold any pressure. Have to resort to using Okaa-san's bike (which is actually nicer than the one they were lending me before) while she takes it to get fixed/get a new bike.
Today: Take a bad turn on my way back to school from the Soul Rn BBQ (don't worry, that'll be it's own happy little update soon) that messes with my back tire. Ride about five blocks before I notice said problem. Get off, check the tire, come to the conclusion that it's just flat and that I should walk it the rest of the way to school. Get about another three blocks before I realize that something is REALLY wrong. Get off the bike to check again, only to realize that I'd managed to completely rip the rubber lining out of the actual metal portion of the wheel, meaning that I either need to mess around with it a LOT to see if I can fix it or just give up and buy a new tire/talk to Okaa-san and figure out what the best course of action is.
Seriously, People, how have I managed to wind up with SO MANY BICYCLE PROBLEMS?!?! IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!
I'm gonna go sulk while I do my homework now... Later!!
